Artist Statement

Suzanne is a UK based artist and creates art in her unique individual style using mixed media and oil.

Layering paint, starting with acrylic and finishing in oil to achieve depth and luminosity. A variety of mark making tools are used along with brushes.
Her work intends to be energetic and joyful, creating a feel good vibe.

The art can be described as contemporary impressionistic and semi abstract. Suiting a number of interiors.

Influenced strongly by vibrant colours, with an aim to produce powerful striking art that commands attention.

As a passionate lover of the natural world, much of the work depicts florals and landscapes influenced by the shifts in seasonal colours.

Retired now from running her successful Award Winning Marketing and Design Company. Suzanne now paints daily from her home studio.
